As a certified coach in training (ICF-credentialed ACC in progress) and practitioner of Positive Intelligence®, I’m not here to hand you quick fixes. I’m here as your navigator and collaborator—helping you uncover insights, align around priorities, and turn vision into action.

Each package includes tailored pre-work to help you make the most of every session, plus my support between sessions to keep you on track.
Foundations Session
4 x 45 minutes
Four focused sessions to start shifting patterns, building confidence, and trying out new strategies. It’s a great way to test the waters with coaching while still committing to meaningful progress.

Growth Series
10 x 45 minutes
Ten sessions designed for deeper transformation. We’ll tackle your biggest goals, strengthen your leadership presence, and build the accountability that makes change stick as you step into your next chapter with focus and courage.

Sometimes you just need a reset — space to cut through the noise, clarify your next move, and walk away with an actionable plan. This session gives you that breakthrough in a single sitting.
