Hello!

My name is Angie Crone.

I believe that deep listening, practical action, and shared vision are essential to creating lasting change. Over the past 15 years, I’ve led and supported organizations at the intersection of sustainability, equity, and innovation. My work spans food systems, public health, philanthropy, environmental policy, and community resilience.

I bring a unique blend of systems thinking, business acumen, and public service values. I've served as an Executive Director, Head of Programs, and Strategic Consultant—managing teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and sector-wide initiatives.

I started Impact on Purpose to support mission-driven leaders in building a better future: one that is just, resilient, and grounded in community. I work best with organizations that are ready to think creatively and take bold action on some of our toughest challenges.

When I’m not working, you can find me exploring California trails with my dog, playing guitar, or diving into research about what makes communities thrive.
